The Maxwell’s started as a Mother and Daughter Duet based out of Northeast Georgia in the small town of Commerce. True Southern and Country gospel and family harmony come to life at every service or concert they take part in.
Singing has been a dream of ours for a long time. We always knew that when God opened the door of opportunity, we would take the step of faith and walk through it. In January 2012 Brittany will be taking that step of faith again. Brittany has accepted a music marketing job in Nashville, Tn.. Doing God's work in a music ministry can lead to many different pathways. As Brittany ventures to Nashville, Tracy will continue to sing as a solo until she can build a group that will glorify God through song.
We are so excited to have the chance to minister to people with our music. It's like God touches us with a special anointing when we sing about Him.
We don't ever want to take for granted the opportunity we've been given . But if we have a few minutes to share our music and our hearts just to let people know how good and gracious God is even when life gets tough, what an opportunity that is and may we ever be mindful of that! We are so thankful to be able to sing Gods praise.
